Items must be unused and sent back in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Original shipping costs are non–refundable. In case of free shipping, a $20 shipping fee will be deducted from the return amount. We reserve the right to refuse any return for items that look in any way used or tampered with. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
